777vp Terms and Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the platform 777vp, create an account, or use any of the available services — Sports Betting, online casino, crash games, jackpots, or any other feature — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the services of 777vp. Continued use of the platform following any update to the Terms will be considered tacit acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777vp regarding use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements or informal communications on the same subject. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any marketing communication or promotion, these Terms shall prevail.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use the services of 777vp, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil or be legally authorized to use online betting services;
• Hold Valid CPF on your behalf, which will be linked exclusively to your account;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process;
• Not be prohibited by law or regulation from participating in online betting or gambling activities;
• Not have had an account closed by 777vp due to a breach of these Terms.

By registering, you confirm, at your own responsibility, that you meet all of these requirements. The 777vp reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Identity verification process (KYC)

Identity verification — known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — is required to process withdrawals above certain amounts and to protect your account from unauthorized use. The process is straightforward: you submit a photo of your ID and a recent proof of address. Once reviewed by the 777vp, your account is marked as verified. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals temporarily held until verification is complete.

3Player Account

3.1 Account uniqueness

Each individual may hold only a single active account on the platform 777vp. It is strictly prohibited to create additional accounts for yourself — whether to bypass restrictions placed on a previous account, to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or for any other reason. Duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being blocked and closed, with possible retention of balances pending an internal investigation.

3.2 Account security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — username, password, and any other authentication details. The 777vp recommends:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;
• Never share your login credentials with third parties;
• Log out when using shared or public devices;
• Report any suspicious account access immediately by emailing support@777vp.net.

The 777vp is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account caused by the Player's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

3.3 Updating Your Information

Keep your account information up to date. If your address, phone number, email, or any other relevant detail changes, update your account or notify the support team. Outdated information may affect withdrawal processing and promotional communications.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted payment methods

The 777vp accepts the following payment methods, all in BRL (R$):

All deposits must be made using payment methods in the name of the account holder. Deposits made by third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Deposit limits

The minimum deposit on the platform is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but 777vp may request additional documentation for high-value deposits, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulatory requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the deposit, and always to an account held in the Player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of internal approval; other methods may take longer. The 777vp may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for newly created accounts or withdrawals above certain amounts.

4.4 Unused Balance

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee on the available balance, as communicated to the Player in advance by email. The fee does not apply to zero-balance accounts or accounts currently undergoing active verification.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The 777vp periodically offers welcome bonuses, cashback, slots tournaments, and other promotions for its players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms described on the promotion page, which complement these general Terms.

5.1 General bonus rules

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and cannot be withdrawn directly — they must meet the wagering requirements (rollover) before converting into Real Balance;
• The wagering requirement indicates how many times the bonus amount must be wagered. Example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 30× rollover requires R$ 3,000.00 in bets before withdrawal;
• Bets placed at very low odds (generally below 1.50) may not count toward rollover completion — check the conditions of each promotion;
• Each player may receive the welcome bonus only once. Accounts created to circumvent this rule will be closed;
• The 777vp reserves the right to cancel, modify, or end any promotion at any time, with prior notice where possible.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus systems of the 777vp — including creating multiple accounts, betting both sides of the same event to artificially fulfill rollover requirements (arbitrage), or any other practice deemed dishonest — will result in bonus cancellation, possible forfeiture of balance, and account closure.

6Sports Betting

The Sports Betting section of the 777vp covers football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and other competitions), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, e-sports, tennis, and many other sports. The following rules apply to all Sports Betting placed on the platform:

6.1 Bet Validity

• A bet is only confirmed once a bet receipt has been issued by the system — bets still being processed are not guaranteed;
• Bets placed after the official start of a match may be cancelled, unless the live betting feature is expressly available for that event;
• If an event is canceled, postponed by more than 48 hours, or not completed in accordance with official regulations, the bet will be voided and the amount returned to the Player's Real Balance;
• The 777vp reserves the right to correct odds errors that are clearly mistaken (abnormally valued odds). Bets placed at incorrect odds may be voided and the stake returned.

6.2 Cash Out

The cash out feature — which allows you to settle a bet before the final result — is available for selected events and is processed based on the current odds at the time of the request. The cash out value may be higher or lower than the original stake, depending on how the event is unfolding. The 777vp may temporarily suspend cash out during periods of market instability or technical failure.

6.3 Combination bets (multiples)

Combination bets that include events from the same match or event (e.g., two correlated markets from the same game) may have their odds reduced or the bet canceled, in accordance with the market correlation rules of 777vp. Specific conditions are detailed in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

7Casino Games

The casino games available at the 777vp — including slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, crash games, and live casino games — are provided by certified international suppliers and use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies.

7.1 RTP and Variance

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published on that title's page. RTP is a theoretical average calculated over millions of rounds — individual short-term results may vary significantly. The 777vp does not manipulate game results and has no way to influence the RNG of certified providers.

7.2 Providers' technical liability

If a technical failure occurs during a game session — including internet disconnection, provider server outage, or round processing error — the result of the interrupted round may be voided and the bet amount returned to the Player's Real Balance. The 777vp will handle these cases individually upon contact with support. Bets whose outcome was already recorded in the provider's system prior to the failure are considered valid.

7.3 Live casino games

Live Casino tables are streamed by providers such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, featuring real dealers and live video. The specific rules for each table — betting limits, game rules, available side bets — are displayed in the table interface before you place any bet.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the platform 777vp and may result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Money laundering — use of the platform as a vehicle to move funds of illicit origin;
• Payment fraud — using cards or bank accounts that are not in your name, or initiating unwarranted chargebacks;
• Match fixing — participation in match-fixing or game manipulation schemes;
• Bonus Abuse — creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or any practice aimed at gaining an unfair advantage in promotions;
• Systematic arbitrage — coordinated exploitation of odds differences across platforms at volumes that constitute system abuse;
• Harassment or abusive behavior against the support team, other players, or live table dealers;
• Account sharing — allowing third parties to use your account, or using someone else's account.

9Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary closure by the Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at support@777vp.net. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed as normal. Bonus balance that has not met the wagering requirements will be forfeited. Available real-money balance will be returned upon request.

9.2 Termination by 777vp

The 777vp reserves the right to suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform;
• Player's own request (self-exclusion for responsible gambling);
• Order from a competent authority or court ruling.

In the event of account closure due to suspected fraud, the account balance may be held during the internal investigation period. Once the investigation concludes, balances of verified legitimate origin will be returned.

10Limitation of Liability

The 777vp provides its services "as is" and does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or completely secure. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain service availability and quality, but technical failures may occur.

The 777vp is not responsible for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the Player, regardless of the circumstances;
• Data loss caused by hardware or software failures beyond the platform's control;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform;
• Third-party content accessible through links or partners associated with the platform.

The total liability of 777vp toward any Player, under any circumstance, is limited to the real balance available in that Player's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

In summary, your data is collected for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention;

If you disagree with any change, you may request account closure before the new terms take effect, with no penalty, and your available real balance will be refunded.

14Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute related to the use of the platform 777vp that cannot be resolved directly with the support team will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent Brazilian courts.

Before pursuing legal action, we recommend attempting an amicable resolution through our customer support at support@777vp.net. The 777vp is committed to formally responding to any complaint within 5 (five) business days and to seeking a fair resolution for both parties.

Data protection matters may also be brought before the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD), in accordance with rights guaranteed under the LGPD.
